It’s a cloud-based accounting system with secure encryption for business needs. As powerful as this system is, it can be daunting and a very steep learning curve for business owners to take it on themselves. That’s why as a QuickBook Pro Advisor, you’ll have an expert by your side making proper use and ensuring the data for your transactions are properly recorded.

Aside from the set up and connecting your business bank transaction to the system, there’s nothing else you need to do!

The transaction within your business accounts is crucial to perform bookkeeping and other services. This is what allows me to not only create the financial statements, but also close the books and reconcile to ensure that all data is 100% correct. Accuracy equals confidence in your financial statements. QuickBooks does not have ANY ability to change things to your bank account. All it does is just show transactions into the accounting system.

We can discuss the separation of duties so it will not interfere or overlap certain data and transactions. This is a common scenario if you maintain and send invoices, bills, inventory, etc. using Quickbooks rather than an internal system that isn’t connected.

You can decide! During the onboarding process, we’ll touch base on how you like to have your receipts handled or stored after they have been recorded digitally into the accounting system.

We can upload them in a shared system (like Google Drive, etc.), mail it back to you, or simply shred them securely. 

I will ask questions necessary to perform essential tasks such as identifying the purpose of a specific transaction. You can expect questions during the first month as I understand more about the nature of your business and regularly recurring transactions. 

You can email me any questions you may have and can expect a response within 24 hours (or even same-day). Effective communication is an integral part for efficient bookkeeping and clean financial statements.

You’ll get them by the 10th calendar of each month for the previous month or earlier if able.

Yes I can! The Accounting System is capable of tracking and creating the forms for those eligible for 1099s. (myself included).  This service will be available beginning of 2025. 

Absolutely. Because pricing for this scenario will be case-by-case, a quote will be provided based on the workload of your cleanup needed to get your books caught up to date. Contact me via email or social media to get started.
